01Agreement to Terms

By creating an account on akr44 or by accessing and using any portion of the akr44 platform — including the casino lobby, sports betting section, payment services, and promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and akr44 (the platform operator). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with akr44, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games and promotions, and use of all features available on the platform. akr44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

03Eligibility Requirements

Access to akr44 and use of the platform's Services is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. akr44 may require documentary proof of eligibility at any time and will suspend or close accounts that cannot demonstrate compliance.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. akr44 enforces this requirement strictly and performs age verification checks as part of the account process.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Registering under a false identity is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited and constitute grounds for suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on akr44 or any related platform. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You must not use the Platform on behalf of any third party.

04Account Registration and Security

Each Player may register one Account only. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a chosen password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3. akr44 uses your registered mobile number as the primary account identifier; ensure the number provided is accurate and remains current.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• akr44 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication requesting your account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• You must update your account information promptly whenever your registered details change, particularly your mobile number. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in inability to access your account or receive communications from akr44.
• akr44 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

akr44 may at its sole discretion decline to open an account or close an existing account without being required to provide a reason, subject to returning any undisputed real money balance to the account holder via the original payment method used.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the akr44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). akr44 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be listed in the platform's deposit and withdrawal sections.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though individual mobile wallet providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is to prevent money laundering and ensure payment security.
• akr44 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing withdrawals. Players may be required to provide identification documents and proof of the payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the withdrawal request being held pending.
• akr44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Any deposit originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Processing times for withdrawals are typically within 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required. akr44 does not guarantee specific processing times but will endeavour to process requests as promptly as possible.

06Bonuses and Promotions

akr44 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including any wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default rollover of 20x the bonus amount applies.

• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified. Bonus funds will expire if the associated wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period.
• akr44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if akr44 reasonably suspects abuse, misuse, or breach of these Terms in connection with the bonus.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same bonus terms as cash bonuses unless stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

07Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games offered on the akr44 platform operate under the rules set by the respective game studios and providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real money bets. akr44 does not alter game rules and does not control individual game outcomes, which are determined entirely by certified RNG systems or live dealer play.

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during active gameplay, the outcome of the affected round will be determined by the game provider's server records. akr44 will apply the provider's recorded outcome and is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket matches covering BPL, IPL, and international T20 fixtures — are offered at akr44's discretion. Odds are updated in real time and the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. Odds cannot be renegotiated after a bet is confirmed.
• akr44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded prior to the bet being accepted, or where it is evident that the player had prior knowledge of the outcome at the time of placing the bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and are subject to change. akr44 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the akr44 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any other identity, real or fictitious
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or navigate the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds that are derived from any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or any form of financial crime
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider knowledge betting
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known technical exploit must be reported immediately and will be voided upon discovery

akr44 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Players found in breach of these prohibited conduct rules will be notified where practicable but akr44 reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice where the integrity of the platform or player funds are at risk.

09Account Suspension and Termination

akr44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. The following are among the grounds that may lead to suspension or closure.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by akr44, or provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity documents
• Where akr44 is required to close an account by law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority. In such cases akr44 will act in compliance with the applicable requirement and will notify the account holder to the extent permitted by law

10Responsible Gaming

akr44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through the account settings section of the platform.

• akr44 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account registrations and all gameplay. Age verification may be required at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• Players who wish to self-exclude from the akr44 platform may do so by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will not be permitted to access the platform or receive promotional communications.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the akr44 platform — including but not limited to the akr44 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software code, game assets provided by studio partners, and all other materials — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and is either owned by akr44 or used under licence from the relevant rights holders.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written permission of akr44.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, akr44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, even if akr44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

akr44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

13Privacy and Data Protection

akr44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and akr44. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and how you may exercise your rights in relation to your data. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full at /privacy-policy before registering.

14Amendments to These Terms

akr44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, akr44 will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms you must close your account and cease using the Platform. Outstanding real money balances at the time of account closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable checks have been completed.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the akr44 platform. In the event of a dispute between a Player and akr44, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, akr44 will communicate the applicable dispute resolution process to the Player in writing. akr44 is committed to fair and transparent dispute handling and will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 calendar days of receipt.
